Buying a Diamond
Our Process
We operate differently than your traditional jewelry store. We offer flat rate commissions and work on your behalf to get the best price possible on your diamond. We will only sell GIA certified stones. There are many reasons for this, but the main reason is that we consider GIA to have the highest integrity in grading diamonds and you as a customer can feel confident that you are getting what you paid for.
Step 1
Search the
diamond exchange to find the GIA diamond that seems perfect for you. Please do your homework and call with any questions to avoid getting the wrong diamond.
Step 2
Email us the GIA diamond(s) you are interested in.
Step 3
We will contact the wholesale dealer to see if that diamond is still available.
Step 4
If the diamond is still available and you would like to purchase it, we will send you an invoice for the diamond. We ask for full payment since we will have to pay the wholesaler before they will send us the diamond. Most wholesalers we deal with have a week to two week return policy. After you selected your diamond we will notify you of the wholesalers return policy for that diamond.
Step 5
When your diamond arrives at our store, we will call you to come pick it up.
